How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free for orders within Italy.

Shipping costs to Europe are €30 and to America are €60.

For shipments abroad and to some postcodes in Italy, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Order preparation takes 72 business hours from receipt of payment. After that, the goods will be shipped and delivered within 24-48 hours. If the goods do not meet your requirements, we offer a 24-hour replacement service. Simply contact us.

How does payment in installments work?

By choosing Klarna or Scalapay as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient interest-free installments.

Installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into three equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.

Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
